6 Heures Moto 600 not to be underestimated…

While the 1000cc bikes, divided into the 1000 PRO and 1000 AM categories, are traditionally the most numerous at the start of the 6 Heures Moto, the crews lining up with 600cc machines should not be underestimated. Not only is the overall top 10 a real target for the fastest riders, but in 2022, the DDB 62 team managed to climb onto the lowest step of the absolute podium!

For the 2024 edition of the biggest endurance race reserved for amateur teams, three teams are registered in the 600 PRO class, with obvious ambitions. They are Team Performance 55 (Bolmont-Rosmant), Barissimo (De Hert-Kleinfeld-De Cooman) and Danik Group Motorsport (Brown-Burnham-Herbertson). And they're clearly not here to visit the heart of the Belgian Ardennes...

The rest of the 600cc contingent will be battling it out for victory in the AM category, to succeed the Germans from Team 77. Jamoto Racing Team (Dejeux-Degrugilliers-Manceau), Ideal Team (Boone-Van Vaerenbergh-Plumier), KH Hire (Hankin-Cheetham-Whiteside) are all in contention for the win at the heart of the field, Team 1 Moto Ecole George (Carlier-Servais), Scuderia Antwerpen (Vrancken-Laloi-Meeus), Enjoy Racing (Lopez-Van Oncem-Deblaer), Les Pistards du Nord Racing Team 2 (Vandevelde-Hubert-Dehanne), BEM SSP (Renard-Briers-Jacobs) and EPC Racing (Middelkoop-Goosens).

So, Belgian or international victory? See you on Sunday 22 September at 6pm to find out...
