6 Heures Moto 1000 AM Class in the Spotlight!
While the final victory in the 6 Hours Moto usually plays out among the 1000 PRO teams, DG Sport can once again count on an impressive field in the 1000 AM category for the 2025 edition! Over thirty teams are on the entry list, making it once again the most competitive class!
Last year, the top 1000 AM teams claimed 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th in the overall standings. The win was decided by less than 30 seconds, featuring the return of DD Racing 88 this year with number #377 and riders Didier Daniel, Christian Greter, and Thierry Wansart!
Predicting favorites in 1000 AM is tricky, but keep an eye on Alteco TD-Parket (Van Den Bossche-Dieleman-De Block), Pani-Team #23 Ducati Aarschot (Thoussaint-Courtois-Loir), Gentlemen Racing Team (Vanconlingsloo-Thoussaint), Cadore65-Racing-Team (Cheret-Bove-Cupers), and ESA Racing Team (Heyrman-Schmitt-Dewulf).
Other teams to watch this Sunday include Team Snoopy (Teppers-Sengers-Koops), Team Angus (Collard-Bastin-Louis), Team DR Racing/JLRacingLeather (Labasse-Taillard), VCT Racing (Vanden Bossche-Mention), Enjoy Racing Team (Lopez-Deblaer-Van Oncem), BSL Racing (Mispoulier-Geers-Renard), Lux Moto Racing AM (Dupuis-Franzen-Ferro), TJC Racing Team (Chaidron-Collard-Gérard), LBA Racing (La Bianca-Goedert), Godas Team (Godeau-Papier-Bernier), and Team BLS (Louis-Mergny-Habran).
While the Belgian teams look particularly strong, international contenders will be closely monitored. Starting with the large Dutch presence: CSBV (Schrier-Schuijl-Teeuwen), Zeelenberg Racing (Zeelenberg-Pajic-Wiss), Team Voorwinden (Voorwinden-Van Middelkoop-Rosier), No Guts No Glory (Hofstee-Klaassen-Van Winkselaar), and Van der Gaag Racing (Van der Gaag-Van Hooren-Van den Bosch).
Also worth watching: the French squads MCP #87 (Levacher-De Sousa-Lallement), Red Racing 543 (Pusset-Blanchard-Franger Riteau), and LimouziMotorTeam (Benadada-Coignoux).
The grid is further strengthened by the Swedes of Mousse Racing (Stensby-Bengtsson-Nydahl), the Polish M3 Racing Team (Luckiewicz-Kepinski-Koszur), and the German Thirteen Motorsports (Busch-Spitzer).
One thing's for sure: the pace will be fast, and the outcome highly unpredictable on Sunday, September 14! A real treat for riders, teams, and fans alike. Bring it on!
