6 Heures Moto 37 teams fighting for victory in 1000 AM!

It is a tradition at the 6 Hours Moto organized by DG Sport: the category with the largest number of entries is the one reserved for 1000 AM crews! While around thirty motorcycles took the start last year, there will be no fewer than 37 on Sunday, September 13! This says a lot about the intensity of the battles to come. And what makes it even better is that quantity goes hand in hand with quality.

After finishing second last year under the colours of Gentlemen Racing Team, Benjamin Vanconingsloo will this time team up with Patrick Toussaint and Bruno Ortmans within Pani-Team #123 Ducati Aarschot. Having finished 4th overall in 2025, MC 69 Racing returns to the 1000 AM category this season, once again with Wesley Ceulemans and Steven Dierickx, who will be joined this year by Tom Vanneste as the third rider.

Having missed out on the podium by just… one second** last year, the #21 Alteco TD Parket will not let itself be caught out again. Its line-up consists of Wim Van Den Bossche, Thomas Dieleman and Wouter De Cooman. Also among the leading contenders last year, #63 Team Voorwinden 1, with Dutch riders Maik, Kris and Aad Voorwinden, fully intends to stay there. The team is also entering #163 Team Voorwinden 2, with John Van Middelkoop, Jim Rosier and Wesley Roos.

Lux-Moto Racing AM is back once again with Stig Dupuis, Raphael Franzen and Gauthier Ferro, as is **Team Snoopy**, featuring Dutch riders Franco Sengers and Arjan Koops alongside Belgian rider Benny Teppers.

As for #13 Halstrick Racing by Rheintal MSC & WH Umwelttechnik, it finished the 2025 edition second in the Trophy AM category. This season, the team moves up to 1000 AM with German riders Mike Nagel, Kevin Michel and Kirill Müller. Definitely one to watch.

Also keep an eye on #192 DMI Racing / Vo, which competed under the name Enjoy Racing Team last year. Riders Miguel Lopez and Quentin Van Oncem are determined to break into the top 10 after narrowly missing out last year.

From this impressive field, several crews could emerge as potential surprise packages. One thing is certain: with riders coming from France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Switzerland, in addition to the Belgian competitors who remain in the majority, the final standings will have a strongly international flavour…
